Service Description

AI-powered photo-to-anime transformation provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or output quality. We may modify features at any time.

Pricing & Credits

2 free conversions per user. Subscriptions: Basic $5.90/month (100 credits, HD 2880px), Premium $11.90/month (250 credits, 4K 4096px). Annual plans: Basic $59/year, Premium $119/year. One-time credit packs: 50 credits for $4.90, 150 credits for $9.90. Cancel anytime — access continues until the billing period ends. No refunds for partial months.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal, NSFW, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the service, automate generation, or resell access to the platform.

Content Safety & Prohibited Content

The generation of Not Safe For Work (NSFW), adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content is strictly prohibited. This includes any content depicting nudity, sexual acts, or suggestive material involving minors. All prompts and uploaded images are screened by automated content moderation before generation. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. Free-tier generated images: personal, non-commercial use only. Paid subscribers: full commercial license for all generated artwork.

Liability

Service provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
